We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is perfect, nestled in a very attractive area. The service was impeccable - the staff were friendly and helpful, giving us a 5-star treatment. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed including ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. We particularly loved the comfortable sitting area and the lovely garden furniture. The free toiletries were a nice touch. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added to the overall comfort. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were great places to relax and enjoy a delicious breakfast. The special diet menus catered to our needs perfectly. We also appreciated the on-site car park, which made our stay even more convenient.
We had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Fairly clean property, breakfast is sensational and reasonably priced. The units were spotless and fancy with showers. The location is particularly good, a 5-minute walk from a bus station. When I am in Hawkhurst, I like staying here.
